At Sebago, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear or apparel doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, including all tags and shoe boxes, and securely seal the shipping box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off & Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
